Responsibilities

  • Design complex, multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs), including high-speed digital, RF, and mixed-signal circuits

  • Collaborate closely with electronics engineers to optimize routing

  • Use CAD tools, especially Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, and Siemens Xpedition/PADS, to develop PCB layouts and schematics

  • Ensure PCB designs comply with DFM (Design for Manufacturability), DFA (Design for Assembly), and DFT (Design for Testability) requirements

  • Generate and validate Gerber files, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and manufacturing drawings for production

  • Understand signal integrity, thermal analysis, and EMI/EMC compliance reviews

  • Be familiar with high-speed signal constraints such as PCI, USB, Ethernet, LVDS, etc.

  • Collaborate with PCB manufacturers to address fabrication constraints and resolve design issues

  • Maintain and manage PCB design libraries, footprints, and component placement

Nous recherchons :

  • Diplôme technique ou autre diplôme pertinent;
  • Plus de 8 ans d’expérience en conception de circuits imprimés (PCB);
  • Solide expertise dans la conception de circuits imprimés avec les outils CAD (PCB);
  • Maîtrise des techniques de conception haute vitesse (DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, RF, etc.);
  • Expérience en routage avec contrôle d’impédance, en intégrité de l’alimentation (power integrity) et en gestion thermique;
  • Bonne compréhension des normes IPC (IPC-2221, IPC-7351, IPC-6012, etc.);
  • La connaissance de la conception de PCB flexibles (flex) et HDI est un atout.
